10月17日讯 在出席英超官方活动时，孙继海再次谈到了中国足球的现状。

我们都知道，继海正在大力的推广“海选未来”这样的一个项目，那现在他的大部分精力都投入到这个项目当中了，但是对于培养这种精英化的年轻选手，特别是要目标朝向英超的话，你觉得最大的重点会是在哪里？

孙继海：其实面对现如今的中国足球的一个现状，说实话困难挺多的，你要让我选出某一个，对其他的都不太公平。如果其实我曾经遇到过一个问题，说如果你有一个超能力，你想改变的，做哪方面的改变来帮助中国提高，那我其实我的回答是我希望能够用这个超能力改变中国关注足球的人，或者说领导，或者说正在运营足球的这些人，或者支持中国足球的这些人的认知。

改变对这个体育项目，对这个运动项目的一个认知，我觉得只有认知到了，事儿才能做得好。比如说家长多投入，比如说孩子可以做他喜欢做的事情等等，或者说教练能够更职业。
