世预赛亚洲区18强赛首轮中国客场对阵日本的比赛将于北京时间今晚18:35正式打响，足球中国官方微博公布了转播平台，爱奇艺体育独家直播，这也就意味着央视并不会转播本场比赛。据悉，亚足联和央视没有谈拢版权费用，目前爱奇艺体育是亚足联告知赛事唯一版权平台。
